"Dr. Lisa Klein taught me how to meditate at a very difficult time in my life. I had a health setback in the end of 2016. I went to Dr. Klein, and she helped me heal. I am grateful for her time, understanding, and kindness. To this day, I continue to meditate. It helps me calm down and focus  on whatever the task is at hand. Sometimes I meditate for the sheer calmness that meditation brings. Thank you Dr. Klein!"

"Earlier this year I finally decided to do something to help my anxiety and mood. I had tried meditation before but lacked any kind of method or routine. I asked DASA meditation teacher Lisa Klein for help. 
Lisa was amazing from the start. She listened to my reasons for wanting to learn meditation and addressed how she thought she could help.  During our first meditation together I really felt I had chosen the right path. As I practiced what Lisa had taught, I began to feel more energetic during the day and more restful at night.
